Clean sheet
A clean sheet means one side finishes without conceding. In betting terms it is the defensive mirror of “both teams scored” — when the away team keeps a clean sheet, the home side failed to score.
Bet Bet Bam does not publish a standalone clean-sheet pick in Phase 1, but defensive goal rates and injury absences feed Poisson inputs. A side that rarely concedes drags down BTTS Yes and can support Under 2.5 even when they attack modestly.
Knockout ties with a favourite protecting a lead often produce clean-sheet outcomes on the winning side — context our analysis copy may call out without treating it as a separate product market.
